CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAINS ACT

At R.J. Van Drunen & Sons, Inc. d/b/a Van Drunen Farms, we review our product supply chains to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery. We maintain internal accountability standards and procedures for our employees to report wrongdoing on any topics they determine are reportable, which would include possible reporting on suspected slavery or human trafficking. Although we do not conduct supplier audits or employ a third-party auditor, we do require direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into the product comply with all applicable laws addressing human trafficking and slavery of the country or countries in which they are doing business. Direct suppliers who fail to meet this standard are prohibited from doing business with us. At this time, we do not provide training to company employees and management on slavery and human trafficking or how to mitigate risks along the product supply chain.
